It is a significant part of what many of us do in this lifestyle. It is what some of us crave, need, and enjoy. But why? When? How? Where? Under what circumstances?
Processing pain is a very personal and individual thing and everyone does it differently. However, that does not mean that there aren't some common factors and things to learn that may help one's individual process. This insight will deal with ways to process pain, different levels of pain enjoyment, and the important role mood and head space play in how you process pain.
There will also be a discussion on practical applications, like different sensations, implements, the body's natural reactions, and most importantly, how to use breathing, visualization and focus to achieve a higher level of processing. This insight is for those who enjoy pain at any level and in any capacity. It can also be useful knowledge for those who like to inflict pain. This is the knowledge that I've gathered from my experience and throughout my 10 years of interacting with others in the lifestyle.
Please bring your questions as there will be time for Q&A at the end for discussion.
