It seems like a neat idea but it isn't of use with a partner in my experiences. The suction head needs to be around and pressed onto the clit and KEPT STILL to work but the movement transmitted to the inserted vibrator by my partner kept moving the sucker off target all the time. In doggy position with me holding the toy in place it was a bit better but still the seal kept breaking and the moment lost. It works OK solo but its not hands free and the insert isn't great compared to a good girthy vibrator so best to stick to the ordinary Satisfyer Pro2. Other thing that occurred to me is that surely not all clits are the same size or the same distance from their vaginas so having the insert and the suction head set at a fixed distance will mean it won't fit some/many? women at all.
